Article 11

Sec. 11.1. (Reg. 12.030). A motion to amend or alter any of these bylaws shall be submitted in writing and signed by not less than three (3) members in good standing at a stated meeting and read. If seconded, it may be debated, but a final vote cannot be taken thereon before the next succeeding stated meeting. Lodge members shall be notified in writing by mail or electronically of any proposed changes to bylaws.

Sec. 11.2. Every member of Wayne Lodge shall be entitled to a copy of these bylaws, and the same shall be binding on him so long as he continues a member of this Lodge.
