Article 8

Sec. 8.1. (Reg. 29.010). Every petition for initiation must be accompanied with a fee of $120.00 for the three degrees, which may be paid in full for the three degrees or $40.00 before each degree.

Sec. 8.2. No part of the fee may be refunded to one who is elected that receives the three degrees. If the petition is rejected, the fee submitted with the petition shall be returned to the proper person. Those elected who do not receive the three degrees will be refunded the appropriate portion of the fee paid for each degree not conferred.

Sec. 8.3. (Reg. 40.100). Every petition for Plural membership must be accompanied with a fee of $25.00, $5.00 of which will be transmitted to the Grand Secretary with the Annual Recapitulation Statement.
